Your bespoke private life coaching program includes:

  • A complete analysis of your current nutrition, wellness and exercise. We’ll discuss your current situation, what you want to achieve and set up clear goals.

  • Your personalised program will be designed to help you create a lifestyle that will make you feel good about yourself.

  • You’ll get my support every step of the way through coaching and mentoring in person or over the phone / Zoom.

  • I’ll share motivational and productivity tips.

  • Food shopping lists that are based on your lifestyle and dietary needs.

  • Exclusive access to hundreds of recipes for quick & easy meals.

Depending on your needs and location, sessions can be taken in person if you live in London, over the phone or via Zoom.

Prices

Discovery Session

£125 - one-to-One 1hr

This is a great session for anyone wanting to adjust or reboot their life-work balance or find small easy bite-size nuggets to change their lifestyle for the better.

This might be your nutrition or exercise or a personal issue that you just can’t seem to change.

Together we will establish your route to being a new you.

bi Weekly check Up

£230 - Two 1hr Sessions

This can be goal oriented or a life coaching session to realign your mindset or to get you refreshed and refocused on your health.

This will include some homework to do for your best future self.

I will keep engaged with you to ensure success.

Complete Change

£450 - Monthly

This also includes 2 x 1hr meetings with me to discuss any details or recommendations I will have for you based on your individual needs, with daily coaching and contact, Monday to Friday.

I suggest with this package that you do this for a minimum of 3 months to allow the best possible outcome and results.

You will be educated on how to live, think and eat your way to being the best you - forever.
