My Story
Arriving at the age of 50 and looking back at my past self, I learned that the journey to health, well-being and happiness starts with building a lifestyle based on good habits, effort and determination.
I started in the fitness sector and qualified as a level 4 instructor with the Registrar of Exercise Professionals. From then I progressed to functional nutrition, weight management and meal planning.
My network grew through personal recommendations from the fitness & weight loss training clients who started asking for help with nutrition plans and recipes.
Analysing their diets and lifestyle choices, ignited a deeper interest in nutritional science. I gained a thorough understanding of my client’s behaviour towards their day-to-day food choices and how they affect their overall health and wellbeing.
Nutrition is only one small part of the jigsaw puzzle. To achieve holistic wellness and transform our lives for good, there are many pieces such as mindfulness, self-development, fitness, mental health, communication and relationships, that we have to slot together to get the right fit.
One size does not fit all. This is why when I’m helping my clients understand the true meaning behind nutrition and wellness, I’m focusing on creating a lifestyle that they are comfortable with.
It is about presenting them with healthy choices and providing the right tools so they can continue their journey to wellness independently.
