I love a green smoothie because it’s a great breakfast recipe and a perfect way to get a portion of green food to kick off your day just right.

SIMPLE, GREEN AND DELICIOUSLY SATISFYING!

Ingredients:

FROZEN FRUIT to make it creamier

  • 1 cup of frozen fruit such as banana, mixed berries, mango or peach.

GREEN goodness

  • 1 cup of greens 🥬 - for example spinach, kale, arugula, cucumber or rocket.

* Suggestion keep your left over greens and freeze in little bags ready to use.

LIQUID/ PLANT MILK to form your green smoothie

  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup of almond milk.

SEEDS to up your protein intake and enhance the nutritional value even more

  • 1/2 tbsp of your favourite ground seeds: flax seed, chia or hemp.

+ AN EXTRA RECOMMENDATION

  • I like to add in a scoop of GOOD GREENS STUFF which has essential nutrients to really ramp up the nutrients of vitamins and minerals
