Beets & Raspberry smoothie

This is a vibrant in colour, high fibre and antioxidant rich smoothie. It’s incredibly nutritious and very healing for the body. There is no plant protein milk used to keep the recipe light and focused on the fruits and vegetables.

Combine al the ingredients in a high speed blender and drink immediately:

  • 1 beets peeled and chopped

  • 3/4 cup of fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 2 blood oranges

  • A splash of water to blend
