Eating more vegetables on a daily basis gives you the most powerful dose of nutrients which provide protection that is so vital for your health and overall wellness.

Veggies are an extremely important source of many nutrients including potassium, dietary fibre, folate, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Dietary fibre supports so much of our health and potassium allows our bodies to maintain healthy blood pressure. Fibre is important for proper bowel function reduces constipation and diverticulosis.

Folic acid helps the body form red blood cells whilst vitamin A keeps skin and eyes healthy and protects against infections. Vitamin C helps heal cuts and wounds and keeps your gums healthy.

As part of overall health eating vegetables daily is improving and looking after gut health and this, in turn, has a positive impact on how you feel in the mind. An energetic healthy body and a healthy mindset is a healthy wonderful way to feel and everyone can do it.
