Blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (50 grams) rolled oats gluten free 
1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond breeze almond milk
3/4 tablespoon of honey 
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup (25 grams) fresh or frozen blueberries

Toppings (optional):

1/4 cup (25 grams) fresh blueberries
1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon flaxseed meal

Method:

Soak the oats overnight in filtered water for at least 4 hours. Drain the water and transfer the oats to the blender. Add the other ingredients and process until creamy. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings.
