chocolate pancakes
An easy and healthy alternative to your regular carb and sugar-loaded pancakes. Treat yourself without regrets!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup of plant-based milk
1 mashed banana
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
Choice of toppings:
nut butter, maple syrup, fresh strawberries, cream
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients together. Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan on a medium to high heat. Pour out your batter forming medium sized pancakes and flip them over once you’ve noticed little air bubbles on the surface. Add your favourite toppings and ENJOY! :)
