Bursting with antioxidants to help your skin’s rejuvenation process, this cholesterol lowering smoothie can also keep your heart healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 150 ml of coconut water

  • 1/4 cup of chopped spinach leaves

  • 1 green apple, diced

  • 1 kiwi, diced

  • 5 mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (optional)

Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water for a few minutes to soften.

Pour chia seeds into a blender.

Add all other ingredients and mix well until you have a creamy consistency.

Drink immediately.
