What Motivation Means To Me And How To Stay Motivated
Motivation is that burning desire to do things. I simply love that feeling when I begin to work on my goals and get closer to achieving the planned outcome.
To kickstart your motivation you’ll need an inner drive. I look inward to myself for the answers because the true ones come from within. I trust myself to work out what is it that I really want and I’d like you to know that you can too.
Motivation is an amazing feeling that I hope you’ll discover within yourself and in my recently published ebook I wanted to show you that all it takes is a willingness to start.
What motivates me?
My life has had many twists and turns, closed roads, detours, fears and at the end of it all one thing has allowed me to continue going forward through all the trials and tribulations - that thing is choice. We all have a choice.
What motivates me is helping others grow and create space for themselves to be able to make better choices. I thrive when I’m able to propel you forward with kindness whilst helping you build self-confidence. The relationship you have with yourself is the most important one as it ripples into every part of your daily life. I want you to see that you have the creativity, energy and mind to turn your lifestyle into a positive experience and choose healthy things for yourselves.
When I began working on my self-awareness and reevaluated self-beliefs, outdated thoughts, words and sentiments I realised how slowly but surely they got replaced by new ideas, opinions and beliefs. Inviting this new energy into my life has helped me feel at ease and I realised that this formula can be used by anyone - if it worked for me it could as well help my clients and well… it did. It has taken some time for me to grow and create a system that I’m now able to share with others so they can shorten their journey a bit and perhaps, arrive where I’m now a little bit sooner. Remember though that true wellness is a marathon, not a sprint.
It’s all in the mindset
Feeling motivated for me I also about asking myself to maintain effort through consistency no matter what my circumstances are on the day. My motivation is driven by a sense of purpose and I want to ask you to find out what your purpose is. We all have a reason for being here.
You need to understand that your mindset sets the tone for the actions taken.
Everyone should have access to wellness and I want to inspire change not just in how you look but in HOW YOU FEEL. When you FEEL good it’s because you have taken the initiative to do something different!
The current lifestyle landscape for wellbeing is changing. We are moving away from a one-dimensional perspective and start looking for deeper meaning as the pandemic is opening the door to new questions about life. We want to experience something more meaningful in our daily habits.
